With a hands on approach across the portfolio, he is personally involved on Section 20, budget preparation, Directors meetings and new business generation.

Project Manager by trade who joined the team in 2019.
Responsible for delivering Section 20, major works and maintaining relationships with contractors to ensure all blocks are maintained to the standards residents require.
He takes particular pride in his proactive approach when it comes to preparing Capital Expenditure plans during new block onboarding and preparing big spreadsheets and automations on the cyclical needs.

Her attention to detail has earned her the title of “excel hawk” from external accountants by maintaining transparency around block accounts at a transactional level unseen in the sector.
FRA & H&S Officer
A veteran property manager who joined the team in 2020.
Addicted to compliance, George is responsible for upholding block compliance and safety to ensure Directors can sleep at night knowing that they have taken the right steps to protect all residents.
Following Grenfell, and the new legislation around building safety George has been instrumental not only at an implementation level and interpreting the Act but also providing feedback and recommendations on the consultation of Building Safety Act 2022.
