Andreas, FCCA
Director
Qualified Accountant who spent the first decade of professional life EY as a financial services consultant before turning to estate agency and block management.
As a portfolio landlords and freeholder across a number of mixed use buildings in London, Andreas understands first hand the importance of being in control of service charge while offering the best possible service.
With a hands on approach across the portfolio, he is personally involved on Section 20, budget preparation, Directors meetings and new business generation.
Jackie
Head of Block Management
Banker by trade who joined the team in 2009.
She is probably the reason why the block tenure increased from 6 years on average when she joined to almost 15 years by 2024.
Loves challenging solicitors and surveyors on technical matters and providing Directors with much needed guidance on support on complex issues.
Nasos
Head of Property Maintenance
Project Manager by trade who joined the team in 2019.
Responsible for delivering Section 20, major works and maintaining relationships with contractors to ensure all blocks are maintained to the standards residents require.
He takes particular pride in his proactive approach when it comes to preparing Capital Expenditure plans during new block onboarding and preparing big spreadsheets and automations on the cyclical needs.
Karen
Head of Accounts
A client accountant by trade who joined the team back in 2007!
A live embodiment of “been there, done that” providing the much assurance around numbers and financials which is one of the most important aspects of block management.
Her attention to detail has earned her the title of “excel hawk” from external accountants by maintaining transparency around block accounts at a transactional level unseen in the sector.
George
FRA & H&S Officer
A veteran property manager who joined the team in 2020.
Addicted to compliance, George is responsible for upholding block compliance and safety to ensure Directors can sleep at night knowing that they have taken the right steps to protect all residents.
Following Grenfell, and the new legislation around building safety George has been instrumental not only at an implementation level and interpreting the Act but also providing feedback and recommendations on the consultation of Building Safety Act 2022.
