Our normal office hours are 9am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday.  But if you require we can arrange for out of hours emergency cover

Our Property Management & Accounts office is closed on all bank holidays & weekends. But if required you can have property management support in an emergency.

In a small block with resident owners, lessees may prefer to make a saving and manage any out of hours issues themselves.

In a property that has more than 20 units or a large percentage of rented properties, it may be preferable to offer our out of hours subscription service.

If you require that peace of mind that your property has access to an  Experienced  Property Manager with trades that can fix Plumbing, Electrical Issues, Locks & Breakin’s, Gas/Heating. Please note that you will need to pay for the repairs if the issue is not the common parts

Please also note calls to the emergency number without a current subscription will be charged at £120.00 per incident.
