Useful Tip: When you download the App to your phones use the same mobile number on all devices when you register( the number most likely to be answered)
The system will ring all the phones that have the App installed but avoids the situation where it rings 1 number which goes unanswered but goes to voicemail which counts as an answered call and does not divert to the 2nd number.
